Last Saturday was a beautiful sunny day as I was cutting my large lawn on my ride on mower at peace with the world , no hat, gentle breeze blowing and when I eventually took a break and noticed that unmistakable tingling feeling – realising my mistake. The nasty realisation that I over did it and took no precaution and had sun burn. My aloe vera lotion came to the rescue and prompted me to write a short post as when we get sunburnt, the damage is done and unfortunately, there is no fast-fix sun burn treatment.
